Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring timely conversion of prospects into long-term customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, fleet operators, EPC contractors, industrial clients, government agencies, regulators, investors, and strategic partners. Lead commercial negotiations, pricing strategies, and execution of commercial agreements to maximize business value while minimizing commercial risks. Review, manage and close commercial legal contracts.
  • Conduct market intelligence, forecast to identify emerging market trends and business opportunities.
  • Develop high-quality commercial proposals, tenders, presentations, financial offers, and business cases for prospective clients.
  • Support the development of new products, services, pricing models, and innovative commercial solutions across the CNG value chain.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business
  • Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Economics, Energy Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years' experience in Business Development, Commercial Management, Sales, or Marketing, with at least 5 years in the Oil & Gas, Energy, CNG, LNG, PNG, or related industries Proven track record of achieving business development, sales, or revenue targets.
  • Demonstrated track record of originating, negotiating, and closing high-value commercial transactions. Strong understanding of customer acquisition, relationship management, and commercial negotiations. Demonstrated ability to identify and convert new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and networking skills. Strong commercial awareness and ability to analyse market opportunities.
