Sonographer At Mecure Healthcare Limited (mhl)

• Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations in accordance with physician requests and established clinical protocols.
• Prepare and position patients for ultrasound procedures while ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images.
• Assess image quality and identify abnormalities for review by the interpreting physician.
• Accurately document examination findings and maintain complete patient records.
• Ensure compliance with infection prevention, patient confidentiality, and safety standards.
• Report equipment faults and coordinate routine maintenance as required.
• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to support patient diagnosis and treatment.
• Provide compassionate, professional, and patient-centered care.
• Participate in quality assurance activities and continuing professional development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Diagnostic Medical Sonography, Medical Imaging, or a related field.
• Valid professional license or registration to practice as a Sonographer.
• Relevant clinical experience in diagnostic ultrasound.
• Proficiency in performing general ultrasound examinations, including abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, and small-parts imaging.
• Strong knowledge of ultrasound equipment and imaging techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and delivering high-quality patient care.
