Job Summary

  • As a sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the sales of Energy products within the assigned territory, acquiring new customers, developing strong business relationships, and consistently achieving monthly sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the sale of company mobile phone products within the assigned territory and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Identify and acquire new customers through field sales, direct marketing, referrals, and other sales channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers while following up on leads to convert opportunities into sales.
  • Monitor market activities, provide feedback on customer needs and competitor trends, and work with the sales team to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree, HND or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 - 5 years' experience in sales, preferably in energy, mobile phones, consumer electronics, retail, FMCG, fintech, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets, with strong communication, negotiation, persuasion, and customer relationship-management skills.
  • knowledge of the Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) sales model is an added advantage.
