About the Role

  • We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Team Lead to manage the end-to-end delivery of interior design projects. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are executed seamlesslyfrom planning and client engagement to site supervision and final deliverywhile maintaining the highest standards of design quality.
  • The ideal candidate has strong experience managing high-end residential or commercial interior design projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of interior design projects from concept through completion.
  • Coordinate designers, contractors, artisans, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the project team, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensure quality standards, and resolve project challenges.
  • Manage procurement and ensure materials and services are delivered according to project specifications.
  • Prepare progress reports and maintain accurate project documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 5 - 7 years of project management experience in interior design, construction, or architectural projects.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional project teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

  • Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent).
  • Experience delivering high-end residential or luxury commercial interior projects.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, Asana, or Monday.com.

Excellent experience in using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to work under stressful conditions and to remain flexible and calm under pressure. Experience of proactively identifying and addressing bottlenecks/issues desired. Experience of establishing strong working relationships with team members and state personnel. Experience and understanding of demand creation issues related to campaign distribution.
