Job Description

  • To coordination of office administrative services and gives direction on secretarial and logistics support to ensure the smooth running of all offices activities in order to achieve the Board's mandate

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to correspondences attending to visitors/clients; handling telephone calls, enquiries, and appointments
  • Maintain office diary, itineraries and office protocol;
  • Monitor procedures for record keeping for correspondences;
  • Record and compile customer complaints at the Office.
  • Ensure security of office equipment, documents, and records in the department;
  • Draft, receive, sort and disseminate correspondence, reports, circulars and publications when required;
  • Manage office protocol and etiquette;
  • Manage office petty cash and consumables;

Requirement for Appointment

  • A person shall be qualified for appointment as the Office Administrator if that person meets the following minimum requirements:
  • Bachelors' degree in Secretarial Management, Business and Office Management, Business Administration or its equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
  • Proficiency in computer applications
