Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of funding opportunities, donors, partners and submitted application, and track their status and outcomes. Support Principal Investigators and research teams in developing competitive proposals, including resource mobilization strategies, budgets and donor specific requirements. Establish and maintain strategic relationships with donors, development partners, private sector organizations and other potential funding partners. Monitor and evaluate resource mobilization performance, including funding applications, success rates, income generated and donor engagement, and prepare periodic reports. Support donor engagement meetings, partnership forums, networking events and other resource mobilization activities. Provide guidance and capacity building to staff on resource mobilization, proposal development, donor requirements and partnership development. Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure compliance with donor requirements and institutional policies throughout the funding cycle. Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor. Senior Dynamics 365 Business Central Developer Key Responsibilities: Developing documentation for Dynamics 365 Business Central applications and drawing up hardware specifications according to instructions. Analyzing, designing, coding, testing, and implementing Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions and security systems. Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive grants management system aligned to industry best practices, leveraging advanced ERP technologies. Conduct business process reengineering, integrate with financial systems, and customize ERP.
