Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficient service delivery and effective administrative support across the organization.
Support the preparation, review, and timely submission of regulatory returns, reports, statutory documentation, and other compliance requirements to the Retirement Benefits Authority (RBA) and relevant regulatory bodies.
Maintain regulatory and compliance calendars, monitor statutory deadlines, support internal compliance reviews and audits, and ensure adherence to the Retirement Benefits Act, RBA Regulations and governance requirements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of regulatory correspondence, licenses, statutory filings, compliance documentation, client information, and scheme records; support client onboarding and coordinate responses.
Coordinate the procurement of office supplies and services, maintain effective vendor relationships, and monitor service agreements, renewals, and administrative requirements.
Key Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Public Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in office administration, corporate administration, governance support, pension administration, compliance, preferably within a regulated environment.
Good understanding of the Retirement Benefits Act, RBA Regulations, retirement benefits schemes, with knowledge of pension or retirement benefits administration being an added advantage.
CIFA Part I, CPA Part I, or CISI - Regulations and Market Practice will be an added advantage.
Strong organizational, records management, maintain accurate documentation and compliance deadlines.
