Job Description

  • To provide effective HR support across recruitment, employee relations, personnel administration, performance management, training, and employee records while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable Nigerian employment regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment, selection, onboarding, and mobilisation of employees.
  • Manage employee records, personnel documentation, and HR databases.

Qualifications

  • B.Sc./HND in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5 - 7 years' relevant HR experience within the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Professional HR certification such as CIPM, SHRM, or HRCI is an advantage.
  • Experience in manpower planning, recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.
  • Knowledge of Nigerian labour and employment regulations.
  • Experience supporting offshore/project-based or rotational workforce is an advantage.
