Purpose of the Role
The focus of this role is high-volume commercial execution.
Responsible for driving aggressive sales velocity, securing premium shelf placement in retail drug stores, and expanding our distribution footprint through wholesalers, pharmacy chains, and open-market trade channels.
The core objective is to maximize sales volume uptake, dominate retail share of shelf, and ensure 100% product availability across all drug stores, pharmacies, and patent medicine outlets
Key Responsibilities
Drive massive unit volumes of mass-market lines to achieve aggressive weekly, monthly, and annual revenue targets.
Liquidate stock rapidly through high-volume trade channels, sub-wholesalers, and major retail hubs.
Negotiate high-volume bulk deals and trade campaigns for rapid inventory turnover.
Secure premium, eye-level shelf placement for the brand's products in all target pharmacies and drug stores.
Implement merchandising standards that maximize brand visibility and dominate competitor products on-shelf.
Deploy point-of-sale materials (POSMs) effectively to capture consumer attention at the retail level.
Map and onboard new drug stores, retail pharmacies, and patent medicine vendors to maximize spatial coverage.
Manage relationships with key distributors and trade partners to ensure consistent, uninterrupted product supply.
Monitor store-level inventory levels to proactively eliminate stockouts and out-of-stock situations.
Execute localized trade promotions, push programs, and retail incentives to drive product recommendation by pharmacists.
Track competitor pricing, shelving tactics, and bonus structures, providing actionable feedback to management.

Total Volume Target Achievement and Growth
Percentage of retail shelf space secured vs. major competitor brands (Share of Shelf)
Percentage of targeted drug stores actively stocking the products.
Velocity of re-orders from existing retail and wholesale accounts.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Biological Medical Sciences, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of proven sales experience in FMCG, over-the-counter (OTC) pharmaceuticals, or mass-market dietary supplements.
Demonstrated success in managing high-volume distribution and field merchandising campaigns.
An existing, active network of relationships with wholesale drug markets, pharmacy chains, and retail buyers.
Strong commercial negotiation, sharp analytical skills for tracking shelf metrics, and high field execution energy.
