Summary

  • We are looking for a detail-oriented, reliable individual to manage financial operations, maintain accurate records, ensure compliance, and support management decision- making.

Key Responsibilties

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records; prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank
  • reconciliations; monitor cash flow, income, expenditure, and financial transactions
  • Prepare and monitor budgets and financial forecasts; ensure timely payment of statutory taxes and other financial obligations; support payroll processing and financial administration; implement and maintain effective financial controls; provide management with financial analysis and reports when required

Requirements

  • B.Sc. Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; at least 2 years of relevant accounting experience
  • ICAN, ACCA, or other recognised professional qualification is an added advantage; strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and any accounting software; strong analytical and numerical skills; high level of integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality
