Job Summary

  • We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to support the accounting team with day-to-day financial and administrative activities.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with recording and processing financial transactions; support invoicing, payments, expenses, and account reconciliations.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation; assist with financial reports, schedules, and payroll-related tasks.
  • Support the Accountant with audits and other accounting duties.

Requirements

  • B.Sc. Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; 0-2 years of relevant experience, fresh graduates may be considered.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles; proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, Google Workspace and other accounting software.
  • Strong numerical, organisational, and attention-to-detail skills; ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively in a team.
