Job Overview

FMR Agency is recruiting a proactive and highly organized Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations for our client.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory accuracy, warehouse operations, order fulfillment, stock protection, warehouse safety, and team performance. This role requires a hands-on leader who can build efficient warehouse systems, maintain inventory integrity, and ensure products are stored, handled, and dispatched in line with operational standards.

Ultimately, you will ensure that warehouse operations run efficiently by maintaining accurate inventory, supporting timely order fulfillment, protecting company assets, and driving continuous operational improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the receipt, storage, inventory control, and dispatch of goods while ensuring inventory accuracy at all times.
  • Implement and maintain effective warehouse processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and operational performance.
  • Supervise picking, packing, staging, and dispatch activities to ensure customer orders are processed accurately and on time.
  • Ensure proper storage, handling, and preservation of inventory to minimize stock loss, damage, and deterioration.
  • Conduct regular stock counts, reconciliations, and inventory audits while maintaining accurate warehouse records.
  • Monitor warehouse safety standards and ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational procedures.
  • Manage warehouse personnel by setting performance expectations, providing coaching, and driving accountability.
  • Utilize ERP systems and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to monitor inventory movement and warehouse performance.
  • Prepare monthly warehouse performance reports, inventory reports, and operational updates for management.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that strengthen warehouse efficiency, stock control, and service delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor\'s degree or HND in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 - 7 years\' experience in warehouse, inventory, or logistics management, with demonstrated leadership responsibility.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, stock reconciliation, and order fulfillment processes.
  • Experience using ERP systems or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to lead warehouse teams and drive operational performance.
  • Good understanding of warehouse safety standards and inventory control best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other warehouse reporting tools.
  • High level of integrity, accountability, and problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
