Warehouse / Assistant System Control Officer At Zhongxin Network Technology Company Limited

About the Role

• We are looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse / Assistant System Control Officer to support daily warehouse operations while ensuring accurate inventory tracking through our stock management system.
• This role bridges physical warehouse activity with system-based inventory control, making sure stock records always match what's actually in the store.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock against purchase orders/delivery notes
• Update and maintain accurate inventory records on the stock/inventory management system
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical stock with system records
• Flag and investigate discrepancies between physical inventory and system data
• Organize and arrange warehouse items for easy identification, access, and retrieval
• Process stock issuance, transfers, and returns, ensuring proper documentation
• Support order picking, packing, and dispatch processes
• Monitor stock levels and alert management on low stock or reorder points
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and adherence to storage procedures
• Prepare periodic stock and inventory reports for management
• Assist in warehouse audits and support the Warehouse Manager with administrative tasks

Requirements

• OND / HND / Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 1 - 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory, or stock control (experience with an inventory / ERP system is an advantage).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to lift /move stock items and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Honest, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
