Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced Structural Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in the structural design, analysis, and supervision of high-rise building projects, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and analyze reinforced concrete and steel structures for high-rise developments.
  • Prepare structural calculations, drawings, specifications, and technical reports.
  • Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, geotechnical consultants, and project teams.
  • Conduct site inspections and monitor construction to ensure compliance with approved designs.
  • Review shop drawings, method statements, and contractor submissions.
  • Ensure projects comply with Nigerian Building Codes and relevant international standards.
  • Provide technical support and resolve structural issues throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Participate in value engineering and risk assessment activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering.
  • Minimum of 8 years' relevant experience, with a strong portfolio of high-rise building projects.
  • Professional registration with COREN is required.
