Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) The performance of the Field Sales Agent shall be measured using, but not limited to, the following indicators: Achievement of assigned sales and acquisition targets. Number of new merchants onboarded. Number of new customers acquired. Merchant activation rate. Customer activation rate. Transaction volume and value generated by acquired customers. Customer retention and portfolio growth. Cross-selling and upselling performance. Quality and completeness of onboarding documentation. Timeliness and accuracy of sales reports. Customer satisfaction and service quality. Requirements A minimum of an OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or any related discipline. A minimum of one (1) year of experience in sales, business development, merchant acquisition, banking, fintech, telecommunications, FMCG, or related industries will be an added advantage. Experience in field sales, merchant acquisition, or digital financial services is desirable. Required Competencies Technical Competencies Sales and business development.
