Manage the site delivery booking system: all material deliveries must be pre-booked with the Logistics Coordinator to prevent gate congestion and unplanned interference with active construction areas
Coordinate the tower crane and mobile crane daily schedules across all construction zones in coordination with the Zone Construction Managers and the Programme and MEP Manager; ensure no crane scheduling conflicts
Manage all on-site materials storage areas: allocate storage zones by material type and block, ensure materials are stored safely and are accessible to the relevant work gangs
Coordinate the wet room and bathroom unit delivery and crane-in programme with the Procurement Manager and tower crane operators
Manage the site traffic management plan: ensure safe vehicle movements, prevent conflicts between delivery vehicles and pedestrian areas, and coordinate with the security team on gate management
Coordinate plant movements across the site: crane repositioning, plant hire deliveries and collections, and temporary works equipment movement
Monitor site storage areas for material wastage, theft, or damage; report issues to the Construction Manager
Maintain the delivery record log
Required Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor\'s degree in Logistics, Construction Management, or a related field
Minimum 8 years of site logistics or construction management experience on major multi-building projects
Strong understanding of crane operations and tower crane scheduling
Experience managing logistics on fast-track, high-population construction sites
