Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, sequence, and manage all internal fit-out works across all blocks: internal partitions, wet room and bathroom construction, kitchen units, plastering, screeds, tiling, flooring, painting, and joinery
  • Own and manage the wet room and bathroom installation programme in coordination with the Site Logistics Coordinator and the crane operators
  • Produce and maintain the fit-out programme in coordination with the Programme and MEP Manager; track unit-by-unit completion status for all residential units
  • Coordinate all fit-out trade sequences to eliminate conflicts and rework between trades
  • Manage all fit-out subcontractors; conduct daily progress walks across all blocks
  • Coordinate with the Programme and MEP Manager on MEP second-fix sequencing relative to partition and plaster works
  • Manage the snagging process in the final phase; produce the snagging schedule and track defect rectification to unit sign-off
  • Ensure fit-out quality standards are maintained consistently across all units and all typologies
  • Report daily fit-out progress to the Construction Manager

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Civil Engineering
  • Minimum 8 years of experience with demonstrated experience specifically in residential fit-out management on multi-unit developments
  • Strong understanding of the trades sequence in residential fit-out and the interdependencies between trades
  • NIOB membership or NIA registration is beneficial

  • Meticulous attention to finish quality across a large number of simultaneous units
  • Strong programme management and trade sequencing skills
  • Ability to manage a large number of subcontractor gangs simultaneously across multiple buildings
  • Highly organised; comfortable managing many concurrent workstreams
