Role Summary

  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicles (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic systems) to ensure safety, performance, and customer satisfaction. Provide technical support both in the workshop and at field sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose faults using diagnostic tools and software.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance (engines, transmissions, brakes, electronics).
  • Respond to breakdowns and carry out on-site repairs.
  • Conduct pre-delivery and post-repair inspections.
  • Prepare service reports, job cards, and maintenance records.
  • Liaise with customers to explain technical issues and solutions.

Requirements

  • B.Eng / HND in Mechanical, Automotive, or related field.
  • 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience in automotive service / repair.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems.
  • Experience with heavy-duty trucks (e.g., SINOTRUK, HOWO, Volvo, MAN) is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
