Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of assigned equipment.
  • Provide preventive and corrective maintenance services to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Diagnose technical faults and resolve equipment-related issues efficiently.
  • Support cash handling and processing equipment, including banknote sorters, currency counters, cash recyclers, ATM peripherals, and other banking equipment.
  • Conduct routine inspections and recommend necessary repairs or replacements.
  • Prepare technical service reports and maintain accurate maintenance records.
  • Respond promptly to service requests and technical issues at assigned locations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company operational procedures.
  • Liaise with customers and internal technical teams to resolve equipment-related concerns.
  • Participate in relevant professional and technical training programmes.

Requirements

  • BSc/HND in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in industrial machine maintenance, repairs, technical support, or field service.
  • Experience working with cash handling or processing equipment such as banknote sorters, currency counters, cash recyclers, ATM peripherals, or similar banking equipment is highly desirable.
  • Candidates must have graduated not earlier than 2020.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
