Job Purpose / Mission

  • Join Mysol's sales team as a Sales Team Lead and drive performance across any region in Nigeria. This is a non-full-time role offering base pay plus performance-based commissions. You will recruit, train, and lead a team of frontline sales agents to sell solar products efficiently and responsibly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, and manage a minimum of 20 active sales agents monthly to hit performance targets.
  • Lead the sales process for Mysol products in your territory and coordinate field activities.
  • Provide coaching on pitching, closing, and customer relationship building.
  • Oversee sales transactions, remittances, credit follow-ups, and collections.
  • Manage company tools of trade and support monthly inventory audits.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with area targets while using allocated budgets effectively.

Qualifications

  • National Diploma (ND), Higher National Diploma (HND), or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 2 - 3 years of sales experience (solar products highly preferred).

Language(s):

  • English.
  • Other local language of the territory.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, planning, and organisational abilities.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and manage stakeholder relationships.
