  • We are seeking a driven, customer-focused and target-oriented Sales Officer to join our team in Ilorin, Kwara State. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, acquiring new customers, building strong customer relationships and supporting the achievement of the station's commercial targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively promote our product and services to new and existing customers.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within Ilorin and surrounding areas.
  • Generate leads, follow up on prospects and convert opportunities into sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, businesses and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Attend to customer enquiries and provide accurate information on products, pricing and promotions.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall station revenue growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, sales activities and follow-ups.
  • Monitor market activities, customer preferences and competitor offerings and share relevant insights with the Station Manager.
  • Participate in customer acquisition, promotional and other sales initiatives.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, leads, conversions and performance.
  • Represent the Company professionally in all customer and business engagements.
  • Work closely with the Station Manager and other team members to ensure excellent customer experience and smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of HND or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or any relevant field.
  • 1 - 3 years' experience in sales, retail, customer service or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Proven ability to work with and achieve sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Self-motivated, proactive and results-oriented.
  • Good understanding of sales, pricing and promotional activities.
  • The successful candidate is expected to work from the station and actively support daily sales activities, customer engagement and business growth.
