Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow Bluetti's presence in assigned regions.
  • Monitor sales performance and report insights to senior management.
  • Lead, manage, mentor, and motivate a team.
  • Provide ongoing training and guidance to ensure high performance.
  • Set sales targets and track team achievements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
  • Analyze market trends, track competitor activities, and recommend sales strategies.
  • Oversee promotional campaigns, trade shows, and marketing initiatives.
  • Lead negotiations with potential clients and secure large-scale sales deals.
  • Ensure the team follows up on all sales leads and closes deals efficiently.
  • Identify new business opportunities and markets for expansion.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum of HND or BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years' experience in sales
  • Must have worked as a manager for at least 5 years within the renewable solar energy sector (Please note: This is a mandatory requirement, please do not apply if you don't have this experience).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Ability to work independently, travel extensively, and manage a multi-state sales team.
