Summary

  • Achieves maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory and/or market segment by effectively selling the company's products and/or related services. Personally, contacts and secures new business.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to drive sales growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, cold calling, and client visits.
  • Conduct sales presentations, prepare quotations, and negotiate contracts to close deals.
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to after-sales support.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Logistics, Finance, and Technical Support, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular sales reports.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets while promoting the company's products and services professionally.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Sales Representative, Business Development Executive, or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and proactive approach.
