JOB PURPOSE

Kimisitu Investment Company PLC (KICL) is looking for a motivated, results-driven and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our growing team. If you are passionate about sales, real estate and building strong client relationships, this could be the opportunity for you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients.
  • Promote and sell KICL's real estate projects.
  • Generate and follow up on leads through calls, digital platforms, referrals, activations and other channels.
  • Conduct client presentations and arrange property/site visits.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Guide clients through the property purchase process from enquiry to completion.
  • Consistently work towards and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Participate in sales activations, expos, open days and other marketing activities.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate or a related field.
  • At least 2 years' experience in sales, preferably in real estate, property, banking, insurance or a related industry.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills.
  • Experience with digital marketing and AI tools is an added advantage.
  • Energetic, self-motivated and ready to work in a target-driven environment.
