A Sales Executive drives business growth by generating leads, pitching solutions, closing deals, and managing client relationships to meet revenue targets.
Job Responsibilities
Identifying, engaging, and converting potential investors, subscribers, and developer leads.
Driving client acquisition, retention, and account growth strategies to achieve defined sales and revenue targets.
Managing relationships with key clients and providing after-sales support to ensure long-term satisfaction.
Conducting client discovery sessions, presentations, and property inspections.
Preparing proposals, contracts, and progress reports in line with company policies.
Coordinating with internal departments (Marketing, Operations, and Customer Care) to ensure a seamless client experience.
Tracking sales and account performance, providing regular updates and reports to management.
Representing the company in stakeholder meetings, site tours, and promotional events.
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all company products, market trends, and competitor activities.
Ensuring compliance with all sales, account management, and reporting procedures.
Actively prospecting for new business through calls, emails, social media, networking, referrals, realtors, corporate organisations, associations, cooperatives, and other relevant channels.
Managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation and qualification through presentations, inspections, negotiations, subscription, payment follow-up, and closing.
Conducting property presentations, site inspections, virtual walkthroughs, and client engagement sessions to effectively communicate the value and benefits of the company's properties and investment opportunities.
Following up consistently with prospects and existing clients to move opportunities through the sales pipeline and ensure timely conversion and payment.
Preparing and presenting proposals, quotations, subscription documentation, contracts, and progress reports in line with company policies and approved processes.
Managing and nurturing relationships with realtors, referral partners, corporate organisations, mortgage institutions, cooperatives, associations, and other strategic business partners, while supporting their onboarding, activation, and performance monitoring to drive sales conversion and expand market reach.
Tracking individual sales performance, lead conversion, client payment status, account growth, and revenue generation, and providing regular and accurate reports to management.
Maintaining an up-to-date sales pipeline and ensuring that all leads, prospects, client interactions, inspections, follow-ups, and conversion activities are properly documented in the company's approved CRM, database, or reporting system.
Representing the company professionally at stakeholder meetings, property inspections, site tours, exhibitions, open houses, networking events, corporate presentations, and other promotional activities.
Handling client objections professionally and negotiating within approved company parameters, while ensuring that all client communications, commitments, representations, and sales activities are aligned with approved company policies, pricing, payment terms, product information, and contractual obligations, with issues requiring management intervention escalated appropriately.
Achieving agreed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets, while maintaining a healthy and measurable sales pipeline.
Job Requirements
B.Sc / HND in any related field of study with a minimum of Second Class Lower Credit or its equivalent for HND holders.
Proven 1-3 years of work experience as a sales personnel.
Social media platform expertise.
Adaptability to sales trends and a proactive mindset.
Excellent communication,interpersonal and organizational skills.
Creativity,fast thinking and ownership.
Possession of any relevant sales certification is an added advantage.
