Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our client's serviced accommodation facilities.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless property operations, maintaining high service standards, coordinating staff and vendors, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the serviced apartments and hospitality facilities to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Supervise operational staff, assign duties, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with established procedures and service standards.
  • Ensure rooms and apartments are consistently clean, well-maintained, fully equipped, and ready for guest occupancy.
  • Monitor guest check-in and check-out processes and ensure a seamless experience throughout the guest's stay.
  • Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, security, front desk, and other operational activities.
  • Supervise sales, both physically and online engagement.
  • Conduct regular inspections of rooms, facilities, equipment, and common areas to identify and resolve operational issues.
  • Liaise with external vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely delivery of required services and supplies.
  • Monitor inventory levels for housekeeping supplies, toiletries, guest amenities, and other operational materials.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, security, hygiene, and company standards across the property.
  • Develop and implement operational procedures and checklists to improve efficiency and consistency.
  • Monitor operational expenses and support effective cost-control measures without compromising service quality.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance issues, guest feedback, incidents, inventory, and other operational activities.
  • Review guest feedback and identify opportunities to improve service quality and overall guest satisfaction.
  • Coordinate preventive maintenance and ensure reported faults are addressed promptly.
  • Perform other duties that may be assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in hospitality, serviced apartments, hotels, property management, or a similar operational environment.
  • Proven experience managing staff and coordinating multiple operational functions.
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality operations and guest service standards.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with hospitality/property management systems is an added advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and a hands-on approach to operations.
