Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse.
  • Coordinate the receiving, sorting, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of goods.
  • Ensure the warehouse is properly organised and goods are appropriately stored and easily accessible.
  • Plan and allocate daily tasks to warehouse personnel.
  • Supervise staff attendance, productivity, conduct and performance.
  • Monitor the movement of goods into and out of the warehouse.
  • Coordinate order processing and ensure orders are prepared accurately and on time.
  • Work with logistics partners/couriers to coordinate timely dispatch and delivery.
  • Monitor inventory levels and support regular stock counts and reconciliation.
  • Identify and escalate stock discrepancies, damaged goods, losses or operational issues.
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of products across the different product categories.
  • Resolve day-to-day operational issues and escalate significant matters appropriately.
  • Implement and maintain effective warehouse procedures and SOPs.
  • Ensure compliance with established operational, safety and quality procedures.
  • Maintain accurate operational records and provide regular reports to management.
  • Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency, workflow and productivity.
  • Perform other duties reasonably related to the effective management of warehouse operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory or operations management.
  • Previous experience supervising warehouse or operations staff.
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills.
  • Good understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management and order fulfilment.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accountability.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and basic digital tools for reporting and record keeping.
  • Ability to work hands-on and effectively manage a warehouse team.

Location Requirement

  • Candidates must reside within Baruwa, Ayobo, Ipaja or nearby environs.

Basic computer literacy and ability to maintain simple operational records. Reliable, responsible and willing to take a hands-on approach to warehouse operations.
