Nice to have Additional registrable or post-basic nursing qualifications in fields like midwifery, public health, or specialist nursing. Experience Minimum of 8 years of post-registration (NMCN) nursing experience, including substantial experience at the Principal Nursing Officer grade or equivalent. Demonstrated ability to supervise and support nursing staff in either out-patient or in-patient care settings.
