Academic Requirements

  • A Bachelor's Degree qualification in Accounting, Economics, or Marketing in insurance sales and brokerage.
  • Must have 5-8 years of experience in the same position and 2 years within a managerial position.
  • A master's Degree is an added advantage.
  • Must be licensed and certified in insurance.
