Responsibilities

  • Serve as advisory in all matters pertaining to employee relations and engagement;
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR/ personnel records and manage the HRIS;
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of human resources processes, by analyzing various departmental needs, and ensuring alignment with strategies, policies, and processes. Contribute to the authoring and editing of InEvent policies and other admin functions;
  • Liaise with the Marketing and Talent Acquisition Teams to redesign and manage our social media pages with visuals that represent our company;
  • Developing and executing candidate-facing communication on social media and Job Recruitment sites by establishing social media and online recruiting campaigns;
  • Designing and implementing branding strategies to develop brand awareness;
  • Provide strategic support to the Talent Acquisition sector of Human Resources in the areas of culture, values, engagement, and talent attraction;
  • Assist in people management processes such as onboarding, performance management, benefits, welfare, vacations, terminations, and others.

PRE-REQUISITES

  • 2+ years experience in HR roles, with a focus on employee relations and branding;
  • Experience with HRIS;
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion;
  • Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative employer brand initiatives.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms;
  • Be responsible, have a sense of urgency and initiative;
