Overview

The HR Leader will partner with the senior executive team and business division leaders to define, develop, and execute comprehensive people strategies. These strategies will align the organizational structure, corporate culture, and talent pool to successfully meet our overarching business priorities. In this leadership role, you will direct talent management, performance management, culture and engagement, and compensation and benefits. Furthermore, you will provide executive oversight for employee relations, HR process governance, and HR administrative operations across the assigned countries.

Responsibilities

Talent Attraction and Retention

  • Define strategic talent needs and partner with senior leaders to forecast and plan workforce and talent pipeline requirements. This ensures all hiring initiatives are perfectly aligned with the broader functional and business strategies.
  • Direct the end-to-end recruitment process to guarantee the acquisition of top-tier talent who fit the organizational culture. You will also oversee the development of robust talent pipelines to proactively meet the future strategic needs of the company.
  • Drive overall business results by implementing performance improvement initiatives and rewarding behaviors that align with company leadership values. You will also analyze HR metrics and exit interviews to identify flight risks early and deploy effective retention programs.

Talent Development

  • Lead and govern the subsidiary-level operations and executive decision-making processes related to organizational design and talent reviews. This includes ensuring all development schemes meet both local business needs and global HQ directions.
  • Empower business leaders to provide their teams with meaningful development opportunities that align with future business requirements and individual career paths. You will also oversee the execution and effectiveness analysis of all training programs at the branch or subsidiary level.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Lead the strategic annual salary review process and design innovative reward schemes that drive business performance and enhance employee engagement. You will partner with regional and global HR teams to adapt these compensation packages to the evolving external talent market.
  • Advise the executive team on current market trends to facilitate informed decision-making and the implementation of best market practices. You will also conduct comprehensive market benchmarking and internal peer analyses to ensure both external competitiveness and internal equity.
  • Oversee the validation and approval process for incentive payment requests and newly designed sales incentive plans. This ensures all financial rewards are accurately aligned with organizational goals and authorized guidelines.

High Performance Organization

  • Champion a high-performance culture by defining and driving improvements in line with corporate performance management processes. You will collaborate with department heads to translate strategic goals into actionable outputs that significantly contribute to business results.
  • Direct the periodic performance management lifecycle, including goal setting, continuous feedback, and annual capability evaluations. This ensures a consistent, fair, and motivating assessment of employee performance across the organization.

Culture & Engagement

  • Spearhead corporate culture change management initiatives to foster a highly engaged and productive workforce. You will analyze internal and external environments to establish improvement plans, including the adoption of modern collaboration tools.
  • Develop and promote continuous feedback mechanisms that allow employees to actively influence and improve their workplace experience. You will also benchmark and implement effective communication channels to help leaders connect more deeply with their teams.

HR Services and Administration

  • Assume end-to-end executive accountability for the delivery of exceptional HR Services to all employees, managers, and senior leaders. You will ensure strict organizational compliance with local labor laws and HR policies.

Basic Qualifications

  • A minimum of 15 years of relevant HR experience is required, with a proven track record in senior HR leadership or management roles.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field is mandatory.
  • Advanced proficiency in computer skills, specifically including Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint, is required to effectively manage HR data and executive presentations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills are highly preferred to effectively influence senior stakeholders and business partners.
  • Strong strategic planning and organizational skills are necessary to manage complex HR initiatives across multiple divisions.
  • The ideal candidate will be an innovative self-starter who excels in team collaboration and can seamlessly manage multiple high-level tasks simultaneously.
