Job Summary

  • We are looking for a competent and resourceful individual to manage and coordinate HR functions at Nigerian NewsDirect while supporting employee performance, development, engagement, welfare, and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee records; implement HR policies and support employee relations.
  • Coordinate performance management, training, and staff development; manage attendance, leave, welfare, and payroll- related HR processes.
  • Prepare HR reports and advise management on employee-related matters.

Requirements

  • B.Sc. in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Management, or a related field; at least 1 year of progressive HR experience; relevant HR certification is an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of HR practices and employment regulations; strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.
