Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day to day operations and maintenance of company and client facilities.
  • Ensure all facilities, equipment, utilities, and infrastructure are properly maintained and functional.
  • Supervise facility staff, technicians, cleaners, security personnel, and other service providers where applicable.
  • Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify faults, safety risks, and maintenance requirements.
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, building, and other facility systems.
  • Manage vendors, contractors, and service providers, ensuring work is completed according to agreed standards and timelines.
  • Monitor facility related expenses, materials, tools, and maintenance costs.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and facility management standards.
  • Respond promptly to facility emergencies, breakdowns, and operational issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, incidents, assets, and facility related documentation.
  • Prepare and submit regular facility reports to management and clients where required.
  • Coordinate procurement and availability of facility maintenance materials, tools, and consumables.
  • Monitor the condition and proper use of company and client assets.
  • Ensure all facility staff adhere to company policies, procedures, and professional standards.
  • Liaise with clients, management, contractors, and other stakeholders on facility related matters.
  • Identify opportunities to improve facility efficiency, service quality, cost effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure facility projects, renovations, installations, and improvement works are properly coordinated and completed.
  • Carry out any other duties assigned by management in line with the role.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree with 5-10 years experience.
