Responsibilities

  • Property facility Manager who will be responsible for managing all our direct rental properties.

The responsibilities will include:

  • Taking inventory of newly rented out properties
  • Following up with tenants,
  • Conducting property inspections every six months to ensure the properties are being properly maintained,
  • Attending to tenant complaints and concerns and sending timely reminders for rent renewals and any applicable rent increases
  • The Property facility Manager will also be responsible for ensuring smooth communication between the tenants and the company and making sure all our rental properties are properly managed and maintained
  • Taking inventory of recently rented properties.
