We are looking for a Marketing Specialist who combines excellent execution with exceptional attention to detail. This is not a role for someone who simply completes tasks. We are looking for someone who constantly asks: "How can this be better?"

Your role:

Executive Assistant | AI Agents | Automation | Research | Execution

  • Work directly with the CEO in a high-autonomy Executive Assistant role combining operational execution with AI automation.
  • You take work off the CEO's desk and where work recurs, build the system or agent that can take it over.
  • Do the work. Understand the process. Automate what should not stay manual.

As Executive Assistant to the CEO you contribute to:

  • Executive assistance directly to the CEO
  • Prepare meetings, decisions, documents and information
  • Own follow-ups, open ends and operational projects end-to-end
  • Research unfamiliar topics and produce decision-ready output
  • Identify recurring work suitable for automation
  • Translate manual workflows into clear logic
  • Build, test and maintain AI agents and automated workflows
  • Connect LLMs, tools, APIs and data sources

Priorities change quickly. You may switch between Executive Assistant work, research, operational execution and technical building within the same day.

How you work:

  • You will often receive a goal, not detailed instructions.
  • Find the missing information, determine the approach, execute and anticipate what is needed next. If something does not work, investigate it. If you do not know a tool, learn it. If a process is inefficient, improve it.

Autonomy is a core requirement.

AI & automation:

  • Example: You are asked to research relevant events. First, do it manually. Identify the sources, search logic, relevance criteria, required data, exceptions and judgment calls. Then build and test an agent that takes over as much of the process as reliably possible.
  • You should be comfortable or at least have contextual understanding of LLMs and AI agents, automation platforms, APIs/webhooks, MCP/tool integrations, structured data, web extraction, prompt/context design and basic scripting where required. No technical depth, that part we can teach, but you do need to naturally have "the hang of it".

Strong fit:

  • Experience as an Executive Assistant, Founder's Associate, Chief of Staff, Operations Manager or similarly broad hands-on role
  • Extensive practical AI use and hands-on experience building automations or agents
  • Fast and accurate; highly organized across multiple parallel open ends
  • Comfortable figuring out ambiguous problems independently
  • Learns new tools and technical concepts independently as they keep changing
  • Takes ownership without requiring follow-up
  • You will often receive a goal, not detailed instructions.
  • Find the missing information, determine the approach, execute and anticipate what is needed next. If something does not work, investigate it. If you do not know a tool, learn it. If a process is inefficient, improve it.

Not a fit:

  • You wait for detailed instructions or frequent follow-up
  • You see Executive Assistance mainly as calendar and administration
  • Your AI experience is mainly ChatGPT prompting
  • You want to build technology but not execute operational work
  • You prefer narrowly defined responsibilities and predictable tasks

What we offer:

  • Globally distributed, remote team with the ability to work from home
  • High level of discipline and focus, if that's what you love, you'll love being here!
  • Value & meaning: you help other people to get global employment opportunities and help us to reduce global income inequality. We are on a mission!
  • Low hirarchies: we collaborate, you definitely have a contribution & an impact!
  • Salary: on average about 50% higher than the local salary in your home-country. While you can work from home. No relocation required.
  • Great fellow team members & a mutually supportive work-environment!
