Role Description:

  • We are looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to drive revenue growth across SMB and enterprise accounts, build strong customer relationships, and create new business opportunities across cloud and technology solutions.
  • The ideal candidate will be commercially driven, customer-focused, and confident managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and account expansion.
  • The Enterprise Account Manager is a full-time, on-site (hybrid) role based in Lagos.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow SMB and enterprise customer accounts.
  • Generate, qualify, and convert leads into revenue opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and accurate forecasts.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Develop tailored proposals, SoWs, presentations, and business reviews.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycles, including negotiation and closing.
  • Partner with internal solutions, delivery, marketing, and product teams to meet customer needs.
  • Leverage AWS, Microsoft, and other technology partnerships to create co-selling opportunities.
  • Monitor market and competitor trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure an excellent customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in account management, business development, or client-facing sales roles.
  • Proven experience managing enterprise-level clients.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting.
  • Strong commercial, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities, with comfort using CRM and productivity tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities independently.
  • Familiarity with cloud or technology solutions is an advantage.
