Job Description

  • Transport employees and/or packages to and from destinations.
  • Arrive at destinations on schedule.
  • Fulfill administrative needs, like office pickups.
  • Ensure that the vehicle is always fueled and ready for use.
  • Arrange for vehicle repairs as needed.
  • Keep the interior of the car spotless.
  • Ensure that car maintenance is taken care of.
  • Ensure that vehicle documents are up to date and notify the fleet manager in case of any documents needs to be updated.
  • Ensure that all vehicle documents are available in the vehicle.

Requirements

Review Execution Grant milestones, AOP actions and partner implementation updates. Identify duplicate, inconsistent or conflicting progress reports across mechanisms. Frame management problems: Work with DIU colleagues to determine whether a programme concern is supported by available evidence. Develop structured problem statements covering what is happening, where, since when, likely drivers, what has already been tried and what decision is needed. Distinguish technical issues, coordination issues and matters requiring leadership authority. Prepare decision products: Prepare TMT decision briefs with options, implications and recommended accountable institutions.
