Our client is seeking a smart, agile, and highly dependable Personal Assistant who can also drive. The ideal candidate should be a practicing Christian with a humble and teachable attitude, strong organizational skills, and an interest in ministry. The candidate will also support social media activities and other administrative responsibilities. Tuesdays-Sundays are workdays, Mondays are free.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal and administrative support to the executive.
  • Drive the executive safely to meetings, appointments, and other engagements.
  • Manage schedules, appointments, correspondence, and daily tasks.
  • Assist with ministry-related activities and coordination where required.
  • Support social media content creation, posting, and page management.
  • Conduct research and handle assigned administrative tasks
  • Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism at all times
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the executive.

Person Specification:

  • Minimum of OND, preferably BSc.
  • Must be a Christian and ministry-inclined.
  • Valid driver's licence with good driving experience
  • Smart, humble, teachable, and willing to learn.
  • Agile, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of social media management and content creation
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Must be trustworthy, discreet, and reliable.
