Key Responsibilities

• Deliver products, documents, parcels, and other items to customers, offices, vendors, and other designated locations.
• Collect payments, documents, or items as authorized by the company and ensure proper accountability.
• Ensure all deliveries are made accurately, safely, and within the required time.
• Verify items before leaving the company premises and obtain confirmation or proof of delivery where applicable.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, collections, mileage, fuel usage, and other assigned activities.
• Plan delivery routes efficiently to minimize delays, fuel consumption, and unnecessary expenses.
• Maintain good knowledge of local roads, routes, and alternative routes to avoid traffic and road obstructions.
• Ensure the motorcycle is kept clean, properly maintained, and in good working condition.
• Conduct routine checks on tyres, brakes, lights, oil, fuel, and other essential motorcycle components before use.
• Report mechanical faults, accidents, damages, or maintenance requirements immediately to the appropriate supervisor.
• Comply strictly with traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company transportation policies.
• Wear the required safety equipment, including a helmet, while riding.
• Handle company products, documents, cash, and other assigned items with care and confidentiality.
• Maintain a polite, professional, and respectful attitude when dealing with customers and members of the public.
• Ensure that all company property entrusted to him/her is properly accounted for.
• Assist with other logistics-related duties as assigned by management.
