Job Summary

• We are seeking a professional customer service Representative to handle customer inquiries, orders and delivery updates.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customers inquiries via phone, WhatsApp and other communication Channel.
• Provide customers with updates on their orders and deliveries.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Follow up with dispatch riders regarding delivery status.

Requirements

• Minimum of HND/ BSc
• 1- 2 years experience working experience as a Customer Representative
• Must be reliable, punctual and responsible
• Basic Computer skills.
