Job Description

• Attend to customers and respond to their enquiries.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Assist customers in making suitable choices.
• Process customer requests and orders.
• Follow up with customers when necessary.
• Maintain good relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when required.
• Support the team in achieving daily and monthly sales targets.

Requirements

• Minimum of an SSCE, OND/HND or equivalent qualification with 1-3 years experience.
• Previous experience in customer service or sales is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, confident, and customer-oriented.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Good attention to detail and a positive attitude.
