  • Arco Estate Limited is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee the development of the proposed Head Office Building in Lagos.
  • Reporting to the Group Managing Director, the successful candidate will manage the project from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, quality assurance, regulatory compliance and alignment with the company's strategic objectives in property development.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Project planning, scheduling and coordination

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Project Management, Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering, Building Construction Technology or Quantity Surveying/Cost Management
  • Membership of a relevant professional body, such as MNIA, MNSE, MNIOB, MNIQS, MCIPMN or PMP
  • Minimum of 10 years' comprehensive cognate experience across building/infrastructure projects, including medium- to high-rise building construction
  • Strong knowledge of building control regulations, construction processes and digital design and cost-management tools
  • Excellent leadership, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
