Stretch, shape, and assemble pizza bases according to customer orders and traditional Italian culinary standards. Operate and monitor pizza ovens to achieve required cooking and crust standards. Ensure consistent quality, taste, portion sizes, and presentation across all orders. Maintain high standards of kitchen cleanliness, food hygiene, and sanitation. Monitor ingredient inventory, store food properly, and work to minimize kitchen wastage. Clean and service pizza ovens, workstations, and associated kitchen equipment.
