Pizza Chef (pizzaiolo) | Mombasa At Talent Grid Africa

Talent Grid Africa is recruiting on behalf of a growing restaurant chain in Mombasa seeking a skilled and passionate Pizza Chef (Pizzaiolo) to lead the execution of its pizza station.

The ideal candidate should have:

• 2+ years of active Pizza Chef/Pizzaiolo experience
• Proven expertise in hand-crafted, artisanal pizzas
• Strong understanding of dough hydration, fermentation and manual stretching
• Experience operating specialized pizza ovens
• The ability to maintain quality and consistency during high-volume service
• Strong teamwork, communication and food-safety practices
• Flexibility to work restaurant shifts, including evenings and weekends
