We are looking for motivated Student Enrolment Agents to join a growing Student Enrolment Department in East London, Eastern Cape. Locations: Office-based positions in East London. Remote opportunities available across South Africa, where applicable. Key Responsibilities: Engage with prospective students through various communication channels. Provide information and guidance on available courses and study programmes. Assist prospective students in selecting suitable courses based on their needs and career goals. Manage and convert leads into successful applications and enrolments. Meet and exceed individual and team enrolment targets. Maintain accurate records and update CRM databases. Ensure compliance with enrolment processes, policies and procedures. Deliver professional and positive prospective student experiences. Minimum Requirements: Matric certificate or equivalent. 2–3 years' Contact Centre Sales experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to work towards and achieve sales targets. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Self-motivated, organised and results-driven. Advantageous: Experience within the private education sector. Additional sales-related training or qualifications. Remuneration: Commission and Production Pay (CPP) – performance-based remuneration structure.
