Major Responsibilties

  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior architects

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture (Master's degree is an added advantage)
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in architectural design and project management
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and team supervision skills
  • Proficient in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills
  • Must reside in Lagos.
