BBA Motors Limited is seeking an experienced, highly organised, and results-oriented Administrative Manager to oversee the company's administrative operations and ensure the smooth, efficient, and professional functioning of the Lagos office.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating administrative activities, managing office resources, supporting management, supervising administrative processes, and ensuring compliance with established company procedures and standards.
Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the Lagos office.
Develop, implement, and monitor administrative policies, procedures, and systems.
Coordinate office facilities, utilities, maintenance, supplies, and general workplace requirements.
Manage company assets, office equipment, records, documents, and administrative registers.
Supervise administrative and support staff and ensure effective performance.
Coordinate procurement of office supplies and services while maintaining proper documentation and cost control.
Liaise with vendors, contractors, service providers, landlords, and other external stakeholders.
Monitor office expenses and support effective administrative budgeting and cost management.
Ensure proper filing, documentation, record keeping, and confidentiality of company information.
Support management with reports, correspondence, meetings, logistics, and other administrative requirements.
Coordinate travel, accommodation, transportation, events, meetings, and other official arrangements when required.
Ensure the office environment remains safe, organised, functional, and professional.
Monitor compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
Identify administrative gaps and recommend practical improvements.
Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree / HND in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, or a related field.
4 - 6 years' experience in administration, office management, operations, or a related role.
Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory administrative position is an advantage.
Strong organisational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Good vendor, facility, and resource management skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound professional judgment.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with management and other departments.
