Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly organized, technology-driven, and results-oriented Admin Manager to oversee and optimize the Company's administrative operations.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient office administration, facilities management, procurement coordination, fleet and asset management, vendor management, and the implementation of administrative policies and procedures that support business objectives.
  • The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership abilities, be proficient in the use of ERP and CRM systems, and have a proven track record of driving operational efficiency through technology and process improvement.
  • The role requires a proactive individual with excellent organizational, analytical, and people management skills who can effectively coordinate administrative activities across the Company while maintaining high standards of professionalism, compliance, and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the Company to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve administrative policies, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Manage office facilities, equipment, utilities, and workplace maintenance to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
  • Supervise administrative staff, monitor performance, and provide coaching and support to enhance productivity.
  • Manage the Company's assets, office inventory, and fixed asset records.
  • Coordinate procurement activities, vendor selection, contract administration, and supplier relationships.
  • Ensure the effective use and administration of the Company's ERP and CRM systems for administrative processes.
  • Prepare administrative reports, budgets, and operational analyses for Management.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, corporate events, and logistics where required.
  • Ensure compliance with Company policies, statutory requirements, and regulatory standards relating to administration.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and cost optimization across administrative functions.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, Audit, and other departments to support organizational objectives.
  • Monitor office security, fleet operations, and facility management to ensure business continuity.
  • Perform any other administrative duties as may be assigned by Management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (minimum of Second Class Lower) in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, or any related discipline.
  • Minimum of 4 years' proven experience as an Administrative Manager or in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with ERP systems for administrative operations
  • Good working knowledge of CRM software and digital workflow management tools.
  • Excellent computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
  • Highly technology-driven with the ability to leverage digital tools to improve administrative efficiency.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing office operations, facilities, logistics, and administrative budgets.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise, coach, and manage administrative staff effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to develop, implement, and enforce administrative policies, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Strong vendor, procurement, and contract management experience.
  • Experience coordinating office maintenance, security, utilities, fleet management, and facility management.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, confidentiality, and accountability.
  • Strong report writing and documentation skills.
  • Ability to analyse administrative processes and recommend improvements.
  • Experience working with performance metrics, service level agreements (SLAs), and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and support organizational projects.
  • Proven ability to manage change and drive process improvement initiatives.
  • Must be proactive, resourceful, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Must possess excellent time management and multitasking skills.
  • Experience in a manufacturing, publishing, FMCG, logistics, or similar structured organization will be an added advantage.
  • Must reside in Ibadan or be willing to relocate immediately.
  • Must be available to resume immediately.
