Educational Qualification

Key Responsibilities Attendance and Absenteeism Management Monitor daily employee attendance, punctuality, shift resumption and closing times. Maintain accurate attendance and timekeeping records for all employees. Review attendance reports regularly and identify patterns of lateness, absenteeism, early departure and unauthorised absence. Follow up promptly on unexplained or unauthorised absences. Maintain and update the Company's absenteeism and attendance tracker. Verify employee requests for leave, permission, late resumption and early departure in line with approved procedures.
