Job Summary

  • We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Admin Officer with an accounting background to support daily administrative and financial record-keeping activities.
  • The ideal candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable handling basic accounting-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day administrative and office support activities.
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation.
  • Prepare and update reports, schedules, and spreadsheets using Excel.
  • Assist with basic accounting and financial record-keeping.
  • Monitor expenses, invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
  • Support data entry, reconciliation, and documentation of transactions.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • OND / HND / Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in an administrative, accounting, or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory.
  • Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
  • Ability to prepare, organise, and analyse data using Excel.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
